We lived this problem firsthand.
As operators, contractors, founders, and business builders, we encountered the same friction repeatedly. The work was getting done. The systems were not. Revenue leaked through missed follow-up. Opportunities disappeared because nobody responded in time. Invoices sat unpaid. Processes depended on memory instead of infrastructure. The modern operator was expected to become technician, marketer, salesperson, project manager, accountant, and systems architect — all at the same time. That model does not scale.
